Argenta-Oreana High School standout Miriah Powell’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, April 4

On Friday, April 4, former Argenta-Oreana High School standout Miriah Powell’s current college team, the Evansville Purple Aces, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Belmont Bruins.

The game took place at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bruins this season.

The Purple Aces’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium against Belmont Bruins.
