DeWitt County Board Compliance and Technology Committee met Jan. 15.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

MEMBERS PRESENT: Pat Ryan – Chair, Joe Witte, Megan Myers and Dee Rentmeister.

MEMBERS ABSENT: None

SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION:

• No one present to address the committee.

• Motion by Witte, 2nd by Myers to approve December 11, 2025 minutes. Voice vote, motion carried.

• Committee reviewed applications received for the IT technician position and narrowed them down to five to be interviewed. Will interview Ethan Aughenbaugh, Christopher Coffin, Clay Held, Robert Foster, and James Williams. Interviews will take place on January 27 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Ryan will put together interview questions and lead all interviews.

• Motion by Witte, 2nd by Myers to adjourn at 5:21 p.m. Voice vote, motion carried.
