Said variance request is to reduce the set back on the front of the property from 50’ to 25’ to allow for the construction of an attached garage. The named property is zoned A, and is commonly known as 12908 Apple Rd, Clinton, IL, parcel no. 08-30-200-003.

      2. A41-2025 Proposed amendment to Chapter 155.053 (B)(2) to allow vacation rentals in the industrial zone with a special use permit.

      3. S 269-2025 Clinton Marina and Campground/John Fayhee, owners and applicants, are requesting a special use permit to operate a restaurant and bar. The named property is zoned RD-2 and is commonly located at 6599 Sailboat Road, Weldon, IL., parcel no. 08-35-400-009.
