Jabryn Anderson, a Rogers State Hillcats guard and former MacArthur High School standout, will compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
Rogers State enters the tournament as the number 6 seed, matched up against the third-seeded Central Missouri Mules.
The tournament begins with their first game on Saturday, March 14 at 12 p.m. at Lee Arena.
This ex-Decatur Metro area high school standout will participate in competitions on Friday, April 10.
Millikin University’s softball team continued its winning streak with another doubleheader sweep over DePauw University on April 8. Strong offensive performances led to victories of 11-4 and 4-2 at home. The team prepares for their next conference matchup against Elmhurst.
Millikin secured an 11–7 win over Augustana after several lead changes throughout the baseball game. Freshman Mick Niebrugge stood out offensively while pitchers combined for key outs late in the contest.
