2. Roll Call – Present – Conway, Parker, Feinstein, Lidy, Zuniga (arr @ 6:07pm)
Absent – Crawford, Wise
3. Guests and Visitors- No Motion
4. Consent Agenda – Motion by Parker and seconded by Feinstein to approve the consent agenda as presented. Vote 5-0 in favor
5. New Business
a. Enter into a MOU for student transport with DPS – Action
Motion by Feinstein, Seconded by Zuniga to approve the MOU with DPS for student transportation purposes to another facility. (pending edits and review by both boards Roll Call Vote – Motion Carried 5-0 in favor.
b. Motion to approve a resolution authorizing intervention in proceedings before the Illinois Property Tax Appeals Board – Action.
Motion by Zuniga, seconded by Parker to approve a resolution to authorize an intervention in proceedings before the Ilinois PTAB

a. Art of problem solving course guide: Addition – Action (AP Calculus)
Motion by Parker, Seconded by Feinstein to approve the addition of the Art of Problem Solving AP Calculus course to the MFHS course guide.

Motion by Conway, Seconded by Parker to enter into Closed Session to discuss possible litigation, appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body and student disciplinary cases 5 ILCS 120. (c) (10) Roll Call Vote – Motion Carried 5-0
8. Adjournment – Motion by Lidy and seconded by Feinstein to adjourn at 7:15 pm. All in Favor. Motion Carried
