The Millikin women’s tennis team lost 1-6 to St. Olaf College on March 31 at the Fairview Park Tennis Complex.

The match was a non-conference event for both teams. The only win for Millikin came in the No. 2 doubles match, where a Big Blue player won with scores of 6-3, 0-6, and 12-10 against Mads Hockmuth.

The rest of the matches went in favor of St. Olaf, resulting in an overall loss for Millikin.

Looking ahead, the women’s tennis team will play again on Friday, April 17 when they travel to Greenville, Illinois to face Greenville University. Later that same day, they are scheduled to compete against Principia College in St. Louis, Missouri.

These upcoming matches will provide another opportunity for the team to improve their record this season.
