Call to Order

President Stephanie Guerrero called the special April meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board members present were: Stephanie Guerrero, Martha Leeper, Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Josh Hilbert, Matt Wood, and Jeff Stahl.

Administration

Also present: Superintendent Jonathan Field.

Oath of Office

President Stephanie Guerrero administered the oath of office to the newly elected Board members. Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Josh Hilbert, and Matt Wood were sworn in.

Appoint President Pro Tem

Josh Hilbert moved and Lori Campbell seconded the motion to appoint Superintendent Jonathan Field as president “pro tem”. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Appoint Secretary Pro Tem

Matt Wood moved and Stephanie seconded the motion to appoint Martha Leeper as secretary “pro tem”. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Elect Board President

Jeff Stahl moved and Lori Campbell seconded the motion to elect Stephanie Guerrero as Board President. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Elect Vice President

Stephanie Guerrero moved and Matt Wood seconded the motion to elect Jeff Stahl as Vice-President. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Elect Secretary

Josh Hilbert moved and Stephanie Guerrero seconded the motion to elect Martha Leeper as secretary. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Retain District Treasurer

Jeff Stahl moved and Matt Wood seconded the motion to retain Erica Meadows as district treasurer. Roll call vote: Ayes- Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, Jeff Stahl, and Matt Wood. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Adjournment

Josh Hilbert moved and Jeff Stahl seconded the motion to adjourn at 5:39 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
