On Saturday, April 5, former St. Teresa High School standout Lula Sassano’s current college team, the Missouri S&T Miners, won 15-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Quincy Hawks.
The game took place at Mart Heinen Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at Eischeid Softball Complex against Upper Iowa Peacocks.
