Oakley home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Oakley fell by $135,353 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,148 - a 53.6% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakley in the fourth quarter of 2018.
