The property is zoned C-1 and no application to change zoning has been submitted or is pending.
Request by Kevin and Stacy Hoadley and Jarrod Stock for approval of a final plat for minor subdivision of the real property commonly referred to as 254 US Route 51 in Forsyth, IL and legally described as: A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF OF SECTION 14 TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN MACON COUNTY ILLINOIS (PIN: 07-07-14-101-006).
