Request for variance submitted by William Waite Jr. and Waite’s Dry Cleaners to vary the requirements of the Development Ordinance Section 7.4(C)(1)(b) to install a 52 square foot sign (56”x134”) sign on the real property commonly referred to as 115 Magnolia Drive, Forsyth, IL and legally described as: Colonial Manor Additional Lot 13 95 Bk 2696 / 357 70×134 in Macon County Illinois (PIN: 07-07-14-303-003). The property is zoned C-1 and no application to change zoning has been submitted or is pending.

Request by Kevin and Stacy Hoadley and Jarrod Stock for approval of a final plat for minor subdivision of the real property commonly referred to as 254 US Route 51 in Forsyth, IL and legally described as: A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF OF SECTION 14 TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN MACON COUNTY ILLINOIS (PIN: 07-07-14-101-006). This request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Sections 11.2, 11.5, and 11.6. The property is currently zoned C-1 and there is a request to change the zoning on a portion of the property to C-2.

The property is currently zoned C-1 and there is a request to change the zoning on a portion of the property to C-2.

Request by Kevin and Stacy Hoadley for a map amendment to change the zoning of a portion of the real property commonly referred to as 254 US Route 51 in Forsyth, IL and legally described as: A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF OF SECTION 14 TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN MACON COUNTY ILLINOIS (PIN: 07-07-14-101-006) from C-1 to C-2. This request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Sections 9.11 and for the purposes of constructing office space for use in conjunction with an automobile repair shop operated on adjacent property.
