• Request by Andrew R. Hendrian for special use to use the real property commonly known as 105 S. Route 51, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as E300 N300 NE1/4(EXC HWY ROW) 99BK2887/599 BK2635/90 (PIN: 07-07-15-229-003) as a “Self-Storage Facility” as defined in Development Ordinance Section 2.2 and Am. Ord. 2016-3. The request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Section 9.12. The property is currently zoned C1 and no request to vary the zoning has been made.
