Non partisan Jan Mandernach's election campaign committee, Decatur PAC for Education, spent $14,190 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Mandernach's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($9,799) going to Hodas & Associates in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Mandernach's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
