Blue Mound home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Blue Mound fell by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Blue Mound in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
