Mount Zion home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Mount Zion fell by $59,750 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,250 - a 39.8% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Zion in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for 2017 was $3,068. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,023. This marks an increase of 1.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.4%.
