Maroa home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Maroa fell by $78,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,750 - a 60.2% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Maroa in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Maroa for 2017 was $2,131. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,086. This marks an increase of 2.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.1%.
