Argenta home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Argenta fell by $41,400 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,500 - a 41.4% decrease over the $99,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Argenta in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Argenta for 2017 was $2,184. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,188. This marks an decrease of 0.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
