Long Creek home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Long Creek rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 82.6% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Long Creek in September 2016.
