Blue Mound home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Blue Mound rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,500 - a 9% increase over the $66,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Blue Mound in October 2016.
