Decatur home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Decatur fell by $25,571 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,680 - a 51.9% decrease over the $49,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Decatur in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Decatur for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,336, approximately 5.6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
