State Atty-County Of Macon issued the following announcement on Feb. 1.
Raymond Standerwick wasn’t able to attend the Exemplary Citizen Awards Ceremony so he stopped by the office today to receive his plaque. Raymond called 911 after seeing a grossly impaired driver, followed the vehicle, kept dispatch updated on its location, and remained where the vehicle stopped until police arrived, which led to the driver’s convictions for DUI and Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapons.
