Forsyth home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Forsyth fell by $18,250 while total sales increased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,250 - a 7.5% decrease over the $242,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Forsyth in 2018.
