Blue Mound home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Blue Mound fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 24% decrease over the $85,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Blue Mound in the first half of 2018.
