Long Creek home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Long Creek rose by $66,925 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 61.1% increase over the $109,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Long Creek in the first half of 2018.
