Blue Mound home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Blue Mound fell by $22,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,000 - a 24.1% decrease over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Blue Mound in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Blue Mound for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,267, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
