Argenta home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Argenta rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 35.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Argenta in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Argenta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,184, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
