Warrensburg home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Warrensburg rose by $8,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Warrensburg in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Warrensburg for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,255, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
