Decatur home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Decatur rose by $5,200 while total sales decreased by 27.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $62,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Decatur in November 2018.
