Mount Zion home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mount Zion fell by $34,650 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,250 - a 24.8% decrease over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Zion in September 2018.
