Long Creek home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Long Creek rose by $41,600 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 36.2% increase over the $114,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Long Creek in September 2018.
