Mount Zion home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Mount Zion rose by $63,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 47.4% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Zion in June 2018.
