Motion to approve tax resolution TX-2015-00082.

APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to re-appoint Phil Lamkin to the DeWitt -Piatt BI County Health Dept. with term set to expire June 30, 2023.

CORRESPONDENCE:

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action:

Motion to appoint Aaron Paque as the Zoning Administrator working 35 hours a week at $20.00 per hour.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mr. Reece. For discussion and possible action:

No recommendations.

PROPERTY report given by Mr. Nimmo. For discussion and possible action:

No recommendations.

ROAD AND BRIDGE report given by Mrs. Tilley. For discussion and possible action:

No recommendations.

MARINA report given by Mr. Wickenhauser.

Motion to approve proposal from Nelson Excavating for $960.00 for regrading west end of marina building.

Motion to Approve proposal from Quality Concrete and More for $3,860.00.

FINANCE report given by Mrs. Redman.

Motion to pay all bills.

Motion to approve the Resolution Reappointing the County Engineer for a six year term with a first year salary increase of 2% with subsequent years to be negotiated.

Old and New Business.

Motion to rescind the County Board’s action setting a special meeting on July 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dewitt County Building to consider the motion to approve the Alta Farms II, LLC wind farm special use permit number S-250-2019.

Motion to set a special board meeting on July 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Mr. Lincoln’s Square, Crossroads of Main and Center Streets, Downtown Clinton Illinois to consider the motion to approve the Alta Farms II, LLC wind farm special use permit number S-250-2019.
