Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Newberg.

Roll was answered by Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Remote members Tilley, Houser, Matthews.

You are hereby directed to call a meeting of the DeWitt County Board. The purpose of said meeting is to conduct the business of the County.

Motion by Reece second by Nimmo to approve May 2020 County Board Minutes. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Ferguson seconds by Pruser, to approve tax resolution TX-2015-00082. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Newberg second by Tilley to re-appoint Phil Lamkin to the DeWitt -Piatt Bi County Health Dept. with term set to expire June 30, 2023. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Newberg second by Ferguson to appoint Aaron Paque as the Zoning Administrator working 35 hours a week at $20.00 per hour. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Wickenhauser second by Ferguson to approve proposal from Nelson Excavating for $960.00 for regrading west end of Marina building. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Wickenhauser second by Ferguson to approve proposal from Quality Concrete and More for Marina $3,860.00. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Redman. Nay: Pruser, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Redman second by Pruser to pay all bills. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.

Motion by Redman second by Tilley to approve the Resolution Re-appointing the County Engineer for a six-year term with a first year salary increase of 2% with subsequent years to be negotiated. Engineer Mark Mathon. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece. Motion Carried.
