Decatur home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Decatur fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 9.7% decrease over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in Decatur in September 2019.
