Forsyth home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Forsyth fell by $31,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Forsyth in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Forsyth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,781, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
