Mount Zion home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Mount Zion rose by $117,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 111.9% increase over the $105,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Zion in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,068, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
