Executive Session:

Persons to address the board / public comment.

Sharon Mills would introduce the DeWitt County Mental Health Board.

APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to Re-appoint Ms. Sandra Beecher to the DeWitt County Community Mental Health Board for a for year term set to expire December 31, 2024.

Motion to appoint Pat Ryan to the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the unexpired term of Mark Sterr with term set to expire Sept. 30, 2024.

Motion to appoint Monica DeGrauwe to the Regional Planning Commission with term set to expire April 30, 2023.

Motion to appoint Kevin Meyers to the Regional Planning Commission with term set to expire April 30, 2023.

Motion to appoint Randy Perring to the Regional Planning Commission with term set to expire April 30, 2023.

CORRESPONDENCE:

PSI was unable to have a celebration of 45 years in Business. A Commemorative Challenge Coin has been presented to the County of DeWitt as a token of appreciation of our valued partnership.

Motion to approve November Minutes.

Motion to approve Executive Session County Board Minutes.
