Rising home prices in Decatur in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Decatur rose by $17,496 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,750 - a 31.7% increase over the $55,255 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Decatur in December 2019.
