Mount Zion median home prices fell by 36.2% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Mount Zion fell by $70,795 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 36.2% decrease over the $195,795 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mount Zion in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,068, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
