Home prices decreased in Warrensburg during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Warrensburg fell by $8,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $106,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Warrensburg in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Warrensburg for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,255, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
