The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Forsyth fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Forsyth fell by $6,200 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $216,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Forsyth in the fourth quarter of 2019.
