The second half of 2020: Home prices in Oreana fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Oreana fell by $14,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 14.7% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Oreana in the second half of 2019, as well.
