Median home prices in Harristown fell to $122,950 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Harristown fell by $1,848 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,950 - a 1.5% decrease over the $124,798 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Harristown in the second half of 2019.
