How did home prices perform in Oakley during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Oakley rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 7% increase over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Oakley in the second half of 2019.
