Rising home prices in Decatur in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Decatur rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 26%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 83.1% increase over the $35,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Decatur in February 2020.
