Village of Bethany Board of Trustees met Feb. 18.

The special board meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by President Jon Book. The followingTrustees were present; Dave Doty, Mike Jennings, Greg McLain, Raven Russell and Brian Gill.Trustee Jeannie Ruppert joined via telephone.

Action on Hiring Tracy Feldkamp for Full-Time Officer - This is to be discussed in ExecutiveSession.
A motion was made by Trustee McLain to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel, seconded by Trustee Gill. Roll call taken, all ayes, motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee McLain to enter back into open session, seconded by TrusteeRussell. Voice vote taken, all ayes, motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee McLain to offer the full-time officer position to Tracy Feldkamp at a rate of $21 per hour coming 50% from general fund, 30% from electric fund, 10% from gas fund, 10% from water fund effective as soon as she is able to begin, seconded by Trustee Ruppert. Roll call taken, all ayes, motion carried.
With no further business to discuss, a motion to adjourn was made by Trustee McLain, seconded by Trustee Doty. Voice vote taken, all ayes, motion carried.
