Home prices increased in Decatur during October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Decatur rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,750 - a 19.6% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Decatur in October 2019.
