October 2020: Home prices in Forsyth fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Forsyth fell by $52,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $245,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Forsyth in October 2019.
