Home prices increased in Decatur during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Decatur rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $59,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Decatur in March 2020.
