Warrensburg median home prices rose by 22.5% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Warrensburg rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,250 - a 22.5% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Warrensburg in March 2020.
