Mount Zion home prices fell in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Mount Zion fell by $6,300 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,700 - a 3.9% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Zion in March 2020.
